I am both a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a REALTOR(R) who specializes in the West Valley Senior Communities as well as Peoria. After 30+ years of appraising, I am now focusing on enjoying using my experience and knowledge to help people list and sell their properties, change homes or purchase new homes that fit their lifestyles. I have extensive experience working with people who have aged in their homes and are now looking to move on, and with families who have estates and trusts to settle.
